Home Plan Central was incorporated in 2002 as a full service design firm in North Idaho. Since then we have expanded to offer high quality pre-designed house plans to customers across the country.
William R. “Bill” Brown Jr. is the founder and President of Home Plan Central. Bill is the creative force behind our entire operation. He has been a custom home builder and designer since 1978 and an AutoCAD expert since 1988. During his 36 year career, Bill has built more than 100 homes and has designed more than 400 custom homes.

Found a plan you love from our library, but need a few changes? We will customize any plan to meet your unique design requirements. We charge a reasonable fee for plan modifications in addition to the cost of the Multi Build PDF + CAD license. (You are also welcome to hire an independent designer to help you make changes using this license.)
This is a great option for harnessing the affordability of a pre-designed plan and the individuality of a custom plan tailored to your specific needs.

My wife and I had a generalized concept of the size and style of house that we wanted to build, and we had a general floor plan in mind. We needed professional help putting our thoughts on paper.
